1920's spectacular Spanish beauty with old world charm on one of the premier streets in the famed Los Angeles neighborhood of Hancock Park. Enter the home thorough a tiled veranda and into a fabulous 2 story travertine entrance hall with wrought iron banister, perfect for the dramatic entrance of a bride or host of your event.

The entrance hall leads through French doors to a lovely courtyard, perfect for an al fresco dining or dancing. Imagine your event in the grand living room with French windows, ornate stone fireplace and hardwood floors which leads to a handsome paneled library with built in bookcases. Dine in the extra large formal dining room is highlighted by coffered ceiling, hardwood floors, crown moldings and an abundance of French windows.

The grounds of this fantastic private residence feature a cabana, perfect for cocktails. Mature palm trees are the queens of the garden and encircle a graceful pond with fountain. A balcony in the rear of the property gives a view of the Hollywood Hills and Hollywood sign - a great spot to toss a bouquet, or waive goodbye to guests.
